Cities
A portfolio of city hosts. Not a shared tenant table.
MetroCir is the platform for municipal waste concessions across Africa. Each city runs on its own operator host, currency and tariff book. This page is the list — one live, one parked — so a council or a DFI can see stage without a sales slide.

Residents do not pay bills on this site. Citizen billing, dump reporting and driver access live on that city's operator host — never on metrocir.com.
