Bankable architecture, stated plainly

Dar Eco Circular holds and operates the assets. MetroCir is the replicable operating platform. That separation is the point — not a brand exercise.

Where cash sits

Service revenue, municipal remittance, vendor payouts, and loan service are modelled in the operating platform and settled in a fixed order. The project company is the infrastructure vehicle; the platform is not a substitute SPV.

What we will not claim

Issued carbon credits, production-scale wastewater, or parity with AMCS, SAP, and Samsara as a single suite. Carbon monitoring in the Dar pilot is operational evidence. Credit issuance is a later, separately governed pathway.

  • Operating model — entity split and waterfall order.
  • Governance — concession, SLA, audit log, PDPA posture.
  • Field evidence — automatic dump detection and driver-reported civic issues, feeding the same audit trail as SLA and remittance.
