- Concession contract, SLA, ward DCC reporting, and a remittance waterfall that pays the municipality first.
- Weighbridge records and industrial (weight-based) billing.
- Illegal-dump detection from GPS dwell patterns and citizen reports, plus driver-tagged civic issues — drainage, potholes, streetlights — routed to the right desk.
- A bilingual SMS/WhatsApp channel that confirms collection, reports delays, and closes the loop when a citizen report is resolved.
Next
Sandbox mobile-money cutover, bilingual operator UI, and station workflow hardening. Carbon monitoring exists in the pilot as an operational digest — not as issued credits.
Later — do not assume
Production disbursement, certified weighbridge hardware APIs, wastewater as a full product, and fully automatic dispatch on the scale of mature Northern-hemisphere waste suites. Those are roadmap, not live capability.
